– Petite, Regular, Plus Size – Each dress is custom made on individual basis. We really love making dresses for various sizes.
– If you are not sure which size to choose from our size chart, please select Custom size and provide your measurements of bust, waist, hip & height.
✓NOTES
– If you can’t find a linen color you love, do let us know, as we have many other fabrics that we cannot show you all.
– We will certainly make the clothing fit you perfectly, if we are given accurate measurements of your body. So please leave me a note with your measurements (bust, waist, hip and height) while making a purchase.
– If you’re not sure what size to get, please tell us your height and current garment size (for example, 15 US Men).
– We are not responsible if you select the incorrect size or provide incorrect measurements. Thank you for your understanding.

✓CARE FOR LINEN
Hand washing is strongly advised for natural fabric clothing, particularly embroidered items. Machine washable, please follow these instructions:
– On cold water, run a gentle cycle. In the case of embroidered items, to protect the embroidery, turn the item inside out.
– Use a laundry bag. Avoid washing the item with other clothing that may cause damage, such as zippers, if it is embroidered.
– Do not shrink too much. Allow the item to air dry if possible.
– Iron it on a medium-high setting, inside out. Avoid using steam on embroidered clothing and placing the iron directly on the embroidered area. Instead, iron on the reverse side or press the embroidery with a pressing cloth.
✓PACKAGE
– Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.
– Gift wrapping is available. If required, a message will be included.

This is a made-to-measure order, so every sale is final. We only accept returns under the following conditions:
– Product does not match the size and measurements you provided
– Items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.
– Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our studio address (Ha Noi, Vietnam)
– Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 14 days.
